The TruNutra mobile message service is operated by TruNutra. Your use of the service constitutes your agreement to these mobile terms. We may modify or cancel the service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these mobile terms at any time, and your continued use of the service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to TruNutra SMS or text messaging, you agree to receive recurring messages from and on behalf of TruNutra through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include order updates, account alerts, and other transactional information. Promotional messages may include offers, specials, cart reminders, and marketing updates.

You do not have to sign up for text messages to make a purchase, and your consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You are responsible for charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider.

You may opt out of the service at any time by replying STOP to any TruNutra text message or by using the unsubscribe link where available. For support, reply HELP where available or email support@trunutra.com.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change your mobile number, you may need to sign up again with your new number.
